This package doesn’t include the inside of the oven or fridge, windows, inside cabinets or drawers, or top of floating cabinets. Every home is different, so we must separate these items to provide a fair flat rate based on the number of rooms and the size of the house.

Everything in your house that a stool can reach will be hand-wiped. Aside from the in-depth approach, it promotes general sanitation and livability. The price difference between regular and intensive cleaning is also notable, but worth the fresh breaths.

Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there is a $50 service fee.We do not provide laundry servicesPlease allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely, especially because we are in Windy West Texas!We cannot move furniture on a routine cleaning, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2 step stepstool, for their own safety.It requires more time to clean a home where we have to perform some daily tasks such as washing dishes, picking up toys from the floor or extensive tidying up, and moving piles of clutter. But, make no mistake, we’re happy to help with any level of cleaning. We count that you will be upfront with us to “add extras” when you book so we can allocate extra time to work our magic and leave your space Squeaky Clean! If you don't allocate the Add ons we will automatically assume you expect us to clean around such clutter, and still do our best to prioritize our cleaning service over organization.
